EDIBLE DESIGN
Starting and maintaining your own Edible Garden may seem overwhelming! Here at Edible Gardens we draw on years of experience to help you move in the right direction. We provide edible garden design and ideas for any sized space, from small backyard to life style blocks with orchards. Edible Gardens can turn you personal garden in to a luxurious producer of herbs, flowers, seeds, fruits and vegetables, while still maintaing the beauty of a wonderful landscaped garden.
ECO DESIGN
Jules Moore and the staff at Edible Gardens are aware of the long term need for environmental responsibly, and therefore we are able to give expert advice on eco design practices. We cover all aspects including sustainability, how to plan your organic growing environment, and which chemicals are safe to use. We can advise on the best eco use of water, and how, through good planning, to collect rain water and create an irrigation system. These rain gardens feed water run-off onto suitable areas so it is allowed to filter into the earth. We can offer advice on setting up and the correct use of worm farms and how household waste may be used for composting. Your organic compost is ideal for both fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
And, of course, we also design edible gardens. This eco friendly way of gardening and living is ideally suited to any environment, city or country. Many lifestyle blocks now employ these methods to provide a clean, happy place for their families and friends, who are always keen to enjoy the best our lovely planet has to offer.
MOBILE PLANT PLACEMENT SERVICE
We have our own specialist nursery which includes a comprehensive range of plants including native, formal, palms, subtropicals, water and bog plants and an extensive range of edibles. You can visit our nursery where we are able to offer wholesale prices directly to the public, or we can bring the nursery to you with our unique mobile plant placement service.
We can recommend which plants would best suit your garden, then bring them out and place them in the best spot for optimum growth and aesthetics. This way you get to see the plants in position, and make a descion on what you like before being planted.
